Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. We have a zero return/refund policy for anything other than damaged products. 

Please inspect your item upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of delivery with any issues. If a problem arises, send an email to (howyougetthegirlbookbox@gmail.com) with the order number and photos of damage so that we can evaluate the issue. All refunds are at the discretion of How You Get The Girl Book Box Customer Support. 

 

Damages: 

DOES qualify as damaged: 

- Any rip or tear visible on the book larger than 1cm

- Marks on the front or spine that cannot be removed

- Dented or crushed corners bigger than 1.5 cm

- Damaged pages that affect the text in the book

- Anything else that deems the book unreadable

- Water Damage

 

DOES NOT qualify as damaged: 

- Small scratches, marks or residue on the book

- Small creases on the top or bottom of the book

- Minimal creasing on top or bottom of the book spine/cover

- Wavy pages

- Ripped or damaged blank pages

 

If a replacement is agreed upon, a return label will be sent to you to return the damaged book. A replacement book will ship out once tracking has been updated.
